Then choose your adventures.
Once Sea 1 · Confident Turtle is complete, the badge pathway opens up. Students can choose the challenges that interest them most and build their collection over time.

Questions
How the pathway works
Does Sea Quest count as one of the two core courses?
Yes. Sea Quest is the entry Sea School experience and introduces the student to the sea, simple communication, equipment and guided exploration. It is the recommended first step, and students can also start directly with Sea 1.
When can students start earning badges?
The badge pathway opens once the required core learning is complete, which is Sea 1 · Confident Turtle.
Do the eight badges have to be completed at once?
No. Students can return for different challenges and gradually build their badge collection.
Is Triton Sea Ranger another course?
No. Triton Sea Ranger is the final achievement for completing the required core pathway and all eight badge challenges.
Is Sea School the same as swimming lessons?
No. Swimming lessons focus primarily on learning to swim. Sea School focuses on open-water awareness, practical sea skills, marine understanding and better decisions around the sea.
